I'm sure anyone viewing this post will be familiar with the definition of membership which probably has applied to all of us at one time or another during our individual life journeys.

Well, like it or not, courtesy of the new federal government, we've all been given free membership so none of us will be troubled by what we are not being told about their apparently bumbling attempts to masquerade as a credible governing authority.

In my experience, obsessive adoption of secrecy almost always indicates a massive cock-up, or wilful wrong-doing of some kind by the perpetrator(s).
