ACA's Annual 'big dance'... The Stanleys awards

Last night was the pinnacle of Australian cartoonists' year with awards presentations being given for the best (and fairest?) 'toonies in various categories of the craft as adjudged by their peers.

Top dog with two Stanleys*, one in the best Caricaturist category and another (the 'biggie') for Cartoonist of the Year overall... was David Rowe.

Goodonya Dave. And well done to all the other winners.

* Statuettes honouring the late, great Aussie cartoonist Stan Cross of Wally and the Major comic strip fame (and, much,much more of course)
