Negative Bill?

Shorten has suddenly popped his head up, trying to be not seen as negative.

Has probably partially convinced the government benches... but, I can't help wondering if the support of revised security laws and support for a new overseas war adventure, will similarly impress Labor's natural left-leaning constituency?
