Judge Punch(y)?

The U.S.  has it's 'Judge Judy'.  We apparently now have Judge Punch (or more accurately 'punchy') in the form of none other than our PM Tony Abbott.

It will be interesting to see the 'spin' he and so-called AG Brandis  trot out if any subsequent trial of supposed would-be terrorists is compromised by the PM's hubris in broadcasting details of alleged criminal activities on national TV in advance of 'due process'?
