An un-saleable idea?

Good on him for trying(?) to engineer a special advantage for his members (I'm one)... but this idea had as much chance of happening as pork-wings being on xmas dinner menus. Totally unfair, even if it wasn't already in direct contradiction with every doctor's oath.
