Global warmth?

Though the sun is shining in an almost cloudless sky as I write, this morning was the coldest Keilor residents have experienced for a long time. I don't know what the overnight temperature low was in our postcode... but nearby Essendon airport (somewhat closer to sea-level than we are) recorded -1.7C!

Plenty of frost about on roofs, shrubbery and parked cars. Snowing on Mt. Macedon and even on the streets of Ballarat I hear on the news. Brrrr.
