Green surge?

Subject to a re-count, it seems the Greens have reached a new high-tide mark in bowling over the sitting Liberal member for the Victorian seat of Prahran (Clem Newton-Brown) in the recent state election.

Since action on Climate Change is probably salient among Green party policies in both state and federal political arenas... perhaps it's time Mr. Rabbit took a seriously long hard look at his and the Liberal party's attitude to the world-wide problem?

If only in the interests of his and the party's continued eminence in Australian political administration!
