As I'm sure happens to other 'toonies, gags spring into your brain frequently but can't be used immediately because you don't have an appropriate vehicle available in which to launch them.
The purpose of this panel will be to float ideas that are somewhat over the top in character, but worthy of 'airing' just those same.
