'I reckon many people would agree that one of the most tiring and frustrating tasks we face during the normal course of life is shifting from one residence to another. And, it becomes more of a burdensome chore, the older you become.'
That was the first sentence of a blog entry for this day in 2012 when I was resting after 3 days of assisting my son to shift into his then new house in the Macedon Ranges of Victoria. The accompanying cartoon was intended to portray the immensity of the task and the frustrations attendant to it.
